So available, understanding and accommodating. I just moved to the neighborhood. My pug had what I thought was an abscess from the beach. I found her on Google and called after office hours. I was expecting an answering machine, but she picked up and gave me a next day appointment. I had to go out of state for a client visit (which of course ran over) and had to call to ask for a later appointment. no problem! when I finally showed up, she easily gave me 40 minutes and did a thorough examination, including nail clipping and anal gland expression. she laid out treatment options, asked me what I wanted to do, took time to explain what she thought was going on, and what I could expect. I have found a new vet!

New office, so I wasn't sure what to expect but I was very impressed with their service and how well they treated my dogs. Dr. Morrone was very gentle and thorough with my dog and did a great job of explaining options and treatments. My 20 lb dog is very nervous and feels overwhelmed at the vet usually, but she went slowly and made sure he was comfortable with everything that was happening. Will definitely be going back to support this new local business with great services!
I'm so glad that Dr. Morrone opened this veterinary practice in Highlands. She and her staff have been wonderful with both of our dogs (and us dog parents). They are extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate. One of our dogs got extremely sick over the weekend and their willingness to go the extra mile (visiting three times over the weekend at all hours) was truly impressive. Having several animals, it's also good to know that they are reasonable with fee's and their first concern is the health of animals. Thank you!
